How do I know which size to order?

We recommend reviewing our Sizing & Fit Guide for a detailed breakdown by garment type. If you have questions about fit, color, or product details, feel free to reach out before placing your order—we’re happy to help.

Are the flowers removable?

Yes! All flower accessories are interchangeable, through a magnetic backing, allowing you to customize your look with ease.

Is there anything I should know about the magnetic accessories or internal components?

Our garments include a small internal metal plate designed to support the attachment of our interchangeable flower accessories. The plate is lightweight, securely integrated into the garment, and not intended to be removed or altered.

Our accessories also use small, consumer-grade magnets for attachment. Magnets may interfere with certain medical devices, including pacemakers or implanted medical equipment. If you have a medical condition or use a medical device that could be affected by magnets, please consult your healthcare provider before use.

By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for proper handling and use.

Can I exchange if I ordered the wrong size?

Yes — we offer exchanges for size or fit on apparel items only.
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Apparel items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, odors, or damage, with original tags attached where applicable. Packaging may be opened to try items on.

Do you offer refunds?

At this time, we do not offer refunds.

Are accessories eligible for exchange?

No. Accessories, including interchangeable flower pieces, are final sale and not eligible for exchange.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@growlovebrand.com with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries outside of the United States. Additional destinations are on our roadmap, so please check availability for your country at checkout.

Shipping Policy

We carefully quality-control every item from material creation through fulfillment with our trusted shipping partners.

  • Orders ship within 2–4 business days of purchase
  • Standard shipping (3–7 business days) is available within the continental U.S.
  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped

International shipping is available to select countries. Availability is shown at checkout. Delivery timelines for international orders vary by destination and carrier. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

NOTE: Preorders are expected to ship in early March as part of our official launch.

United States Orders
