Exchange Policy

Our goal is for every customer to feel confident and satisfied with their purchase.

United States Orders

  • Exchanges are available on apparel items only
  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original tags must be attached where applicable

International Orders

  • All international sales are final
  • Exchanges and refunds are not offered on international orders

Accessories

  • Accessories, including interchangeable flower pieces, are final sale for all orders

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
