Exchange Policy
Our goal is for every customer to feel confident and satisfied with their purchase.
United States Orders
- Exchanges are available on apparel items only
- Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags must be attached where applicable
International Orders
- All international sales are final
- Exchanges and refunds are not offered on international orders
Accessories

Accessories, including interchangeable flower pieces, are final sale for all orders
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
