If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@growlovebrand.com with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right.
We offer exchanges on apparel only for size or fit within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of damage, and have original tags attached (packaging may be opened to try on). Accessories, including interchangeable flower pieces, are final sale.
Refunds are not currently offered.
